Biography
Dr. Al S. Aly is a world authority in the field of body contouring. His career began with expertise in facial aesthetic (cosmetic) surgery, and has expanded to the exciting field of body contouring. He has taught and put together multitudes of conferences and courses for plastic surgeons on this topic. Dr. Aly wrote the textbook Body Contouring After Massive Weight Loss.

Biography
Dr. Blinder attended medical college at St. Louis University School of Medicine followed by a residency at the University of Illinois School of Medicine, and a fellowship at the University of Washington School of Medicine.He is currently an associate professor in the hematology division at the University of Washington in St. Louis. Dr. Blinder has received board certification in Hematology, Medical Oncology, and Internal Medicine.

Biography
Dr. Camins' primary research interest is studying the impact antimicrobial management programs on antimicrobial use and antimicrobial resistance in hospitals. He is interested in establishing an electronic surveillance system using the hospital information systems to improve antimicrobial use. He is also interested in finding ways to reduce surgical site infections and bloodstream infections.

Biography
Dr. Coleman attended medical school at the University of Texas, and performed his internship and residency at the Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans. He went on to complete a three-year plastic surgery residency at St. Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. During this time, he studied Aesthetic and Craniofacial Surgery with Fernando Ortiz-Monastario in Mexico City and completed a fellowship in Microsurgery at the R.K. Davies Hospital in San Francisco. Just prior to opening his New York City practice in 1985, Dr. Coleman spent six months completing a fellowship in aesthetic surgery at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery of the New York University Medical Center. Dr. Coleman is board certified in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is currently a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgery, International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and a founding member of the International Consortium of Plastic Surgeons and the Harry Buncke Microsurgical Society. He is affiliated with NYU Downtown Hospital, New York Eye & Ear Infirmary, as well as Manhattan Ear, Eye & Throat Hospital.

Biography
Dr. Feldman graduated from Dartmouth College with honors in 1965. He obtained his M.D. degree cum laude from Harvard Medical School in 1969. He then did a residency in surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, finishing in 1974. In 1976, he completed a residency in plastic surgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. For more than thirty years, Dr. Feldman has been in solo private practice in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School, and is Board Certified in both Plastic Surgery and Surgery.

Biography
Dr. Grotting completed his medical school training at the University of Minnesota. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Grotting is a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has been in practice in Birmingham for 22 years. Dr. Grotting serves as a Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and has been in private practice for the past 12 years. Dr. Grotting has numerous invited professorships and lectureships to his credit and has published extensively in the plastic surgery literature. He is the author of Reoperative Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery, which has helped plastic surgeons around the world learn the latest techniques in cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Due to his expertise, Dr. Grotting is often asked to speak at symposia around the world. He has also been involved with OPERATION SMILE where he has taught flap workshops and performed free surgery to those in need.

Biography
Dr. Dennis Hammond completed his undergraduate and medical school training in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan. He then completed combined general surgery and plastic surgery training at the Grand Rapids Area Medical Education Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Following this he completed a one year aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery fellowship under the guidance of Pat Maxwell and Jack Fisher in Nashville, Tennessee as well as a one year fellowship in hand and microsurgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin under the guidance of Hani Matloub and David Larson. He has been in private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan for 14 years and currently specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery and body contouring. Dr. Hammond is active as an invited speaker at numerous meetings around the world and has authored numerous publications and book chapters. As well he has co-edited two textbooks on plastic surgery of the breast. He is a faculty member in the plastic surgery training program in Grand Rapids, Michigan and continues to pursue an active clinical and research interest in all aspects of aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery.

Biography
Dr. Elizabeth Hall-Findlay has been in practice in Banff since 1983. She has had extensive training in both aesthetic (cosmetic) and reconstructive surgery in both Canada and the United States. Dr. Hall-Findlay completed her plastic surgery residency in San Francisco and New York City. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (FRCSC) and she is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Hall-Findlay has built and developed a private surgical facility in her office in Banff and now restricts her practice to cosmetic surgery. She still maintains a teaching and academic focus to her practice. She travels extensively as she is frequently asked to speak and perform surgery for teaching purposes both nationally and internationally. She gives teaching courses annually at both major American plastic surgery meetings. She has performed surgery as part of conferences not only in the United States but also in places as far away as Vienna, Milan, Cairo, Tel Aviv, Melbourne, Rio de Janeiro, Holland and Germany. She is also the author of numerous scientific articles and presentations and the co-editor of a surgical textbook, which won the award from the Association of American Publishers for the best clinical book published in medicine in 1990. She has contributed chapters to several plastic surgery textbooks.

Biography
Dr. Jackson is a board certified plastic surgeon with more than 22 years of experience in the fields of aesthetic body, aesthetic breast, aesthetic face/neck, and reconstructive breast cosmetic surgery. Dr. Jackson is highly experienced and skilled in all areas of cosmetic plastic surgery. He is a world famous plastic surgeon who is considered to be one of the "founding fathers" of craniofacial surgery, pioneering a number of surgical techniques. He also has special expertise in breast augmentation, breast implant and breast enhancement surgeries. His dedication to his profession and his devotion to his patients endears Dr. Jackson to his fellow plastic surgeons. Throughout Dr. Jackson's distinguished career, he has held the post of Professor of Plastic, Craniofacial and Maxillofacial Surgery at a number of prominent universities around the world, notably Mayo Clinic and Medical School, Rochester, Minnesota. He has held appointments at Guys Hospital and St. Thomas's Medical School in London.

Dr. Kuzon is a Professor in the Section of Plastic Surgery at the University of Michigan. He is certified in Plastic Surgery by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and by the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada. He has been the Section Head for Plastic Surgery and the director of the Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency Program at Michigan since 2001. Dr. Kuzon received his M.D. from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and his Ph.D. in Community Health from the University of Toronto. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Toronto in 1991 and received additional training in hand surgery and in microvascular reconstruction in Toronto and at the University of Pittsburgh before joining the faculty of the University of Michigan, Section of Plastic Surgery in 1992. Dr. Kuzon has been president of the American Society for Peripheral Nerve and the Michigan Academy of Plastic Surgeons. He has published numerous scientific articles and book chapters on a wide spectrum of plastic surgery topics, and has given keynote lectures at many universities and scientific meetings.

Biography
Prior to joining Paces Plastic Surgery in 1998, Dr. Nahai practiced at the Emory Clinic where he was Professor of Plastic Surgery at Emory's School of Medicine. He was educated in England, where he completed medical school. His post-graduate surgical training was at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore and Emory in Atlanta. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Professional memberships include numerous international, national, and local plastic surgery organizations. Dr. Nahai is internationally recognized as an innovator in the field of plastic surgery where he has developed and refined many procedures. He has co-authored seven books and published over 135 scientific articles on all aspects of Plastic Surgery. The latest book he co-authored and edited, published in 2005, is a three-volume text entitled The Art of Aesthetic Surgery. He has been invited to lecture and demonstrate plastic surgical procedures all over the world. In addition to numerous professional honors and awards, he is listed in the "Best Doctors in America", the "Best Doctors in the U.S.", Town & Country Magazine, Good Housekeeping, More Magazine, and Atlanta Magazine as one of the top plastic surgeons. He has been listed in W Magazine as one of the top plastic surgeons in the world. Dr. Nahai is in demand internationally to speak at plastic surgery meetings and to demonstrate surgical procedures. Dr. Nahai currently serves as Vice-President of (ASAPS) The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, First-Vice President of (ISAPS) The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and as a Director of The American Board of Plastic Surgery.

Biography
Dr. Nelligan graduated from the University of Dublin in 1975 and attended the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and specialized in Plastic Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons in Canada. He has held three fellowships in two Toronto hospitals, and several faculty positions at the University of Toronto. Dr. Nelligan currently holds a professorship at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Biography
Dr. Pribaz attended medical school with St. Vincent's Hospital, in Melbourne, Australia and completed surgery residencies at Geelong Hospital, Salisbury General Infirmary, and Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. He is a board certified plastic surgeon and serves on the faculty of the Harvard Medical School where he is currently affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital.

Biography
Dr. Robert L. Walton received his medical degree from the University of Kansas in 1972. He received his surgery and plastic surgery training at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Yale-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Walton graduated from medical school with honors and is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical society. As past director of two prestigious academic programs in plastic surgery at the University of Massachusetts and the University of Chicago, Dr. Walton has trained over 40 plastic surgery residents and fellows who have gone on to make significant contributions in plastic surgery. Dr. Walton is the author of over 160 peer-reviewed scientific articles, 50 book chapters, and 9 educational videos dealing with aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. The American Association of Plastic Surgeons awarded Dr. Walton the Peter J. Rubin Award for Best Scientific Paper in 2005 and The James Barrett Brown Award for Best Scientific Publication in 2007. Dr. Walton has held leadership positions in many professional organizations including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The American College of Surgeons, The American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, and the Chicago Society of Plastic Surgeons.
